Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on how far I am in the process of your commission. If you would like a refund please contact me and I will negotiate an amount based off the work I have already done.
However, if its over $80 you will have to put down a non-refundable deposit. That is to show you are genuine about the commission and we have a solid agreement.
When do I pay?
Pay upfront is required however, if your commission is $50 and up I can accept a payment plan of two or three parts. Even with the payment plan I will need an amount upfront.
How do I know when
my commission will be done?
I will send you WIPS when I make progress! Normally my commissions will take a week depending on where you are in the queue. We can also set up deadlines for certain dates you need a piece by. Please remember I have a full time job too!!
Why can't you do [Insert idea] ?
As the artist it is my responsibility to make sure you get a great product, if I am not comfortable or experienced enough to draw a request I will decline the commission.
